Role Overview
Were looking for a seniorlevel leader to oversee manage design and execute our enterprise business systems architecture and team. This role is pivotal in aligning our technical systems with strategic business goals across departments.
What Youll Do
- Lead the strategy design and of our enterprise business systems architecture.
- Manage and mentor a team of systems and integration professionals.
- Partner closely with GTM Sales Finance and HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee core systems such as Salesforce Zuora NetSuite and our HRIS platform along with 25 integrations across the business.
- Ensure systems are secure optimized and aligned with organizational growth and compliance needs.
- Drive continuous improvement automation and innovation within the business systems landscape.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in leading enterprise business systems in a highgrowth environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Zuora NetSuite and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integration data governance and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into efficient and scalable system solutions.

$190000 $210000 a year
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors including (but not limited to) the candidates experience qualifications and location.
