Job Description
Ohel is seeking an experienced Documentation Supervisor to join our innovative growth oriented and family centered clinical team in our Midwood Flatbush location. Responsibilities:
- Providing documentation support and oversight for clinicians
- Review clinician documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Provide onboarding training and individualized support for clinicians on documentation and assess for competence
- Develop and deliver trainings on documentation
- Attend all necessary team meetings and engage in collaboration with team members
- Opportunity to maintain a caseload of behavioral health clients
The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior technology capability be a selfstarter who can work independently as well as within a team with excellent follow up skills. Masters degree in a mental health field and previous experience in an OMH or OASAS facility required. This full time position is located in Brooklyn includes a competitive benefits package and a signon bonus.
