Whether it be with our customers vendors or employees we are looking for individuals who can partner with us in our goal to put people first and create quality products. As an Upholstery Technician you will be responsible for learning and performing frame assembly and upholstery for furniture products for the hospitality and retail industries as well as learning how to create highly engineered subcomponents built of foam for aerospace upholstery in this position are comfortable using hand tools able to read and comprehend production notes and able to follow directions to maintain our highquality standards. Upholstery Technicians who thrive in this work environment are systematic thinkers quick learners and love to work with their hands.
Regular schedule is 5:45 AM 4:15 PM Monday Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Improve your processes and yourself each day.
- Operate within a team atmosphere to complete a product.
- Utilize different types of saws band saw table saw panel saw.
- Utilize different types of pneumatic fasteners to assemble finished frames staple guns spring clip guns.
- Stand for the duration of a 10hour shift.
- Able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
- Adhere materials to finished frames such as textile and foam.
- Inspect final product for defects prior to shipment.
- Learn and do continuous improvement activities.

Benefits package includes:
Starting Wage of $18.50 per hour with aclear path for wage growth.
Full Upholstery Tech Range is$18.50 $23.00with potential for growth in other roles!
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays:New Years Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits:Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
Tuition Assistance:Eligible after 6 months of employment.
401(k):Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
Technology Reimbursement:Eligible after 1 year of employment.
