Make a Difference
The Director of 340B Strategic Pharmacy Revenue will lead the operations of pharmacy drug procurement focusing on the 340B program inventory management and revenue optimization. The director will collaborate with various departments to identify costsaving opportunities and ensure compliance with corporate policies. This position will significantly enhance the organizations financial performance and operational efficiency by driving strategic revenue initiatives fostering effective communication and developing team members ultimately contributing to improved patient care and organizational success.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent leadership and communication skills and a positive attitude toward problemsolving. As well as:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college of pharmacy required
- Licensed as a Pharmacist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
- Three 3 years of management experience in pharmacy is required
- 340B ACE certification required
- Experience in project and change management with a solid understanding of drug supply chain operations 340B program compliance inventory management wholesaler and GPO relationships drug contracting and drug shortage management
- Selfawareness and the ability to adapt behavior according to others needs
- Knowledge of ERP systems and the procuretopay process
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and monitor departmental KPIs
- Relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment
- Financial management skills including budget planning and monitoring
