RIVERVIEW GMC CHEVROLET IS NOW HIRING A PART TIME PRODUCT DEMONSTRATOR
APPLICANT WILL BE TRAINED FOR CHEVROLET AND GMC PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
THEY WILL DEMONSTRATE VEHICLES TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS AND ANSWER ANY PRODUCT QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE
THEY WILL GIVE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS A TOUR OF THE DEALERSHIP AND AN INTRODUCTION TO DEPARTMENT STAFF

Description of the role:
As a specialist in new and used product knowledge at Riverview Chevrolet GMC in IRWIN PA you will excel in helping customers navigate the world of new and used automobiles.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly communicate detailed product information to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the ideal vehicle based on their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in new and used automotive products.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Plus bonuses.

- Vehicle Walk through:
Conducting a thorough walk through of the vehicle explaining its features and demonstrating its operation.
- Technology Setup:
Assisting customers with setting up their phone invehicle technology and other features.
- Question Answering:
Addressing customer inquiries about the vehicle its technology and related aspects.
- Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge on all vehicles and their features.
* Coordination:
Coordinating with other departments to ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery with any purchased accessories.
- Followup:
Providing postsale followup to address any remaining questions or concerns.
