Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to clients while managing their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients working to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurance carriers and internal teams
- Review and analyze commercial insurance policies to ensure coverage meets clients requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and guidelines to provide informed advice to clients
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for clients insurance programs
- Handle policy renewals endorsements and claims to ensure seamless client experience
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in industryspecific software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- Previous commercial lines experience in an independent agency setting required
