About the role
Be responsible for a functional team that contributes to the delivery of community programs that can include Place Based (First Nations) programs migration homelessness and other community needs that support clients to maintain social connectedness independence improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
Working as part of an integrated team the Lead is responsible for ensuring their functional areas deliver a highquality service is compliant with standards and legislation and achieves operational and financial key performance indicators.
The Homelessness Services provide planned and solution focused support to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We work collaboratively with specialist and mainstream services in the Townsville area to make a significant and meaningful impact on ending homelessness together.
