Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Lead Python Engineer to join our team in Poland.
Our customer is one of the worlds largest food and beverage companies operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The companys diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water dairy products breakfast cereals coffee confectionery frozen food pet foods snacks and baby food.
Our project aims to harness the power of AI to streamline organizational processes enhance productivity and foster innovation within the workplace. By integrating AI capabilities the organization seeks to automate routine tasks improve decisionmaking and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery team of 57 people to efficiently delivery AI project
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python 3.10
- Design implement and maintain APIs following best practices of RESTful API
- Ensure code quality by adding unit integration and endtoend tests
- Create and maintain an internal and external technical documentation
- Contribute to system design participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
- Ownership of the endtoend solutions including technical design development CI/CD process infrastructure management testing and tech dept management.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers AI engineer devops architects product managers QAs and designers to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions to technical challenges
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies sharing your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and growth.
- Participate in presale and discovery activities.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Python programming 3.10
- Indepth knowledge of various API frameworks (REST must GraphQL nice to have)
- Experience with FastAPI or similar
- Proficiency in utilizing testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Handson experience with Azure Cloud provider
- Knowledge of SQL databases especially MS SQL/Azure SQL
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies
- Excellent teamwork communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI models especially OpenAI LLMs
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (Langchain Pytorch etc)
- Familiarity with developing LLM agents
- CI/CD familiarity (Azure Pipelines Github Actions)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes
