Description
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a highvolume kitchen environment preferably with breakfast and lunch preparation experience.
- Strong culinary skills with proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from scratch
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced kitchen setting.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary arts with a willingness to contribute ideas for menu development and improvement.
- Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed to support the operational needs of the lodge.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Pay starts at $25 per hour
