Compensation: $18.00 $20.00 per hour

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. What you will do:
- Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly professionally and according to script.
- Answering incoming phone calls directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages.
- Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products services and warranties.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic office software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
