The Opportunity
We are looking for a Principal Program Manager to join the Creative Cloud Product Lifecycle team to help lead programs or projects involving department and crossfunctional teams focused on the delivery of new product offerings or upgrading existing products. In this highly visible role the program manager will help drive alignment across many cross functional teams in order to meet the key business objectives. The program manager will provide strategic program management by working with a broad set of partner organizations (Product marketing Campaign Marketing Engagement Marketing Product Management Product Development Customer Experience Business Strategy Pricing Branding Product Program & Release Management Segment Marketing Go to Market).

- Love leading large complex programs being the primary goto person across a disparate set of teams.
- Enjoy problem solving and able to clarify how the whole puzzle is supposed to fit together and function.
- Excel at working broadly across business units technical/nontechnical teams corporate organizations and executives.
- Successfully connect with people from frontline team members to VPs SVPs and Clevel executives.
- Make things more efficient and productive build simple processes that make everyones life easier.
What youll do:
- Lead all aspects of program management for new product launches to ensure all the product features and marketing activities are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
- Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps transform it into plans and deliver against business objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to communicate requirements determine scope define the design approach and build a schedule that ensures delivery.
- Identify potential risks create mitigation plans and engage the right partners to remove obstacles to success.
- Facilitate communication to partners throughout the organization including Clevel executives.
- Resolve misalignments across requirements priorities and schedule.
- Drive release management activities to ensure successful implementation of product updates.
- Build playbooks and methodologies for other teams to use.
What you need:
- Have 10 years of related experience including project/program management experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required Master Degree preferred
- Have deep experience and success running large intricate programs that span many organizations and executives
- Be technically curious understand learn how things work without being asked
- Have high attention to detail; Strong communication skills both verbal and written; ability to present at all levels
- Be motivated selfstarter who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity
- Have Excellent speaking writing and presentation skills as well as the ability to persuade encourage and empower others.
- Remain collected in a fastpaced high pressure dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal guidance.
- PMP CSM Agile Training preferred
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
