The Role

Were looking for a strategic resultsdriven MidMarket Account Manager to join our Sales Operations team! In this role youll be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and leading strategic account expansion across our midmarket accounts. Youll be responsible for managing complex sales cycles conducting quarterly business reviews and growing existing accounts through premiumtier upgrades and multiyear agreements. As a trusted partner to your customers youll cultivate strong relationships identify growth opportunities for their business and position CompanyCam as a vital solution for their longterm success and scalability. Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln or Omaha Nebraska or the surrounding metro areas. Employees are not required to work in the office on a regular cadence but inoffice attendance is encouraged.

What Youll Do

  • Drive account expansion through upselling crossselling and increased product adoption.
  • Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals expansions and upgrades.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders including directors and Csuite executives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities and deliver added value to customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of the Premium subscription tier adding additional users and longerterm contracts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success todeliver Quarterly Business Reviewsto reinforce the value of our product and support renewal conversations.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to align on strategy and improve the customer experience.

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years of experience in midmarket or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes $25K ACV).
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skillswith the ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success conducting impactful Quarterly Business Reviews and navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot Salesforce etc..
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A continuous growthmindset with a focus on learning embracing challenges and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $60000 $70000 per year and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $90000 $100000 with uncapped commission. We also offer meaningful equity and otherbenefits.
