Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly professional and organized front office member to be the first point of contact for our industrial electronic repair shop. In this role you will manage the front desk greet visitors handle incoming calls and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position plays a key role in keeping communication smooth between customers technicians and office Responsibilities:Greet customers vendors and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail/packagesProvide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email about our services turnaround times and pricingAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation sending quotes and other admin tasks as neededFollow up with customers quote follow delayed parts follow up return unrepaired follow up Support other departments with clerical tasks as requiredLog incoming repair/sales order jobs into our tracking system collect customer details and ensure proper to detail is extremely important
