This is a fully remote position located in the United Kingdom.


About the Business Development Executive role:

As a Business Development Executive youll be at the forefront of capturing new business by aligning LoadSprings stateoftheart technology solutions with organisations ready to modernise their project controls data ecosystems and digital strategies. You wont just sell featuresyoull communicate real value with the confidence of someone who excels at their craft.


What youll do as a Business Development Executive:

  • Own the Hunt: Relentlessly identify qualify and pursue new enterprise prospects through research cold outreach networking and referrals. Youre not waiting for leadsyoure generating them.
  • Build the Pipeline: Strategically drive and manage a highvolume pipeline of new opportunities. Book meetings lead compelling conversations and push opportunities forward with speed and precision.
  • Sell with Purpose: Understand your prospects pain points business goals and tech environments. Then deliver bespoke solutions that show how LoadSprings platform and services will solve real problems and drive ROI.
  • Influence Decision Makers: Navigate complex enterprise structures build trusted relationships with senior decisionmakers and influence buying groups to a successful close. Lead negotiations with clients and steer complex sales processes and longterm contract conditions.
  • Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work alongside Marketing to drive demand and finetune campaigns and collaborate with Product teams to share customer insights and support innovation.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: Deliver accurate datadriven pipeline reports and forecasts. Own your targets and exceed them.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep uptodate with market trends competitor movements and customer needs to contribute to LoadSprings strategic sales direction.
Requirements

What youll need to be a successful Business Development Executive:

  • A hunters mentality you thrive on the pursuit and are motivated by securing the win.
  • Over 10 years experience in B2B sales or business development ideally within the software cloud solutions or project management sectors.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing annual sales targets of 1.5 million and successfully generating new business in highly competitive markets.
  • Prior experience selling into the AEC (Architecture Engineering & Construction) sector projectled industries or similar markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of cloud technologies SaaS platforms and project management tools.
  • Outstanding communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • A selfstarter with excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with NetSuite is a bonus) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 25 of the time.
  • A bachelors degree is preferred; a postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.

Salary Information:basic plus commission depending on experience.
