Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (BLCAC) is seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Officer This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the protection and preservation of Bunurong culture land and heritage while working within a valuesdriven organisation.
About Us
BLCAC is the Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) representing the Bunurong people of the SouthEastern Kulin Nation. We advocate for cultural heritage land management and community empowerment. Our work spans across Greater Melbourne the Mornington Peninsula and the Bass Coast ensuring the voices and traditions of our ancestors continue to be recognised and respected.
Your Role
The primary objective of this position is to support the implementation and maintenance of workplace health and safety systems and practices across the organisation. The OHS Officer will assist with risk assessments inspections incident management and safety training to help foster a safe and compliant workplace culture.
