Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with extensive experience in React and a strong understanding of React Hooks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in React development and a proven track record of delivering highquality web applications. This hybrid role allows flexibility between remote work and inoffice collaboration.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Minneapolis MN is $110k $125k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications using React and React Hooks.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and backend developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries ensuring high performance and responsiveness within applications.

  • Implement state management solutions (e.g. Redux Context API) to manage application state effectively.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers fostering best practices and coding standards within the team.

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications optimizing performance and user experience.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React and frontend development applying innovative solutions to enhance our technology stack.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and React Hooks.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern frontend frameworks.

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX) and routing solutions (e.g. React Router).

  • Familiarity with backend technologies RESTful APIs and integration of frontend applications with backend services.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular .

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Enzyme) and CI/CD practices.

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment models (e.g. AWS Azure).

  • Relevant certifications in React or frontend development.
