Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity forfor a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team based at our Head Office in Liverpool UK. You will be responsible for accepting logging and responding to IT support requests from across the AHK group. You will also be responsible for initial incident triage and troubleshooting before resolving the issue or escalating to the relevant team.
