Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced PreOwned Sales Manager to lead our PreOwned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management particularly in the luxury automotive market. You will be responsible for driving sales managing inventory and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preowned vehicle sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase inventory turnover and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage preowned vehicle inventory pricing and merchandising.
- Train mentor and motivate sales staff to maximize performance and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Foster a customercentric culture to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales management with a focus on preowned vehicles.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
