- Monitor track analyze and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite Hootsuite or Google Analytics
- Collaborate with designers writers and other team members to ensure brand consistency
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools algorithms and best practices
- Respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure regular posting
- Support in paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required
- Suggest new ideas and innovations to enhance the brands digital presence
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- 01 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Proficiency in content creation (Text Images Videos)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital storytelling
