Site Coordination: Manage daytoday operations onsite ensuring efficient of construction activities.
Work Program Preparation: Develop and implement detailed work schedules for each project phase.
Supervision of Artisans: Supervise and coordinate artisans and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
Procurement of Materials: Oversee the procurement of materials needed for construction projects.
Project Management: Manage project timelines quality control resource allocation and safety compliance.
Reporting: Regularly report on project status progress and challenges to the Head of Project.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Education: HND BSc or MSc in Building Technology Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage construction projects using relevant software tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Project Management Certification (PMP PRINCE2 preferred but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work in different project locations primarily in Lagos with potential for assignments in other states.
