Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years of Previous experience in sales support order processing or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and CRM/order management systems.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Core responsibilities:

  • Utilise various channels (job Order Processing: Manage the endtoend order process ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales and orderrelated data in company systems.
  • Order Form Review & Approval: Verify order details check for discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies before approval.
  • Purchase Order Oversight: Monitor purchase order processing coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely .
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including documentation tracking and reporting.
  • Customer & Vendor Communication: Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve orderrelated inquiries and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimisation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order management.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organised records of transactions ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
