Job Title: Life Insurance Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring Life Insurance Sales Executives across multiple locations to drive customer acquisition and promote our portfolio of life insurance products. The ideal candidate will understand the insurance domain have a customerfirst mindset and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying customer needs offering suitable life insurance solutions and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through direct sales referrals and leads provided by the company.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Generate leads through market activities cold calling and customer interactions. Conduct presentations and explain product features benefits and advantages to
prospects. Ensure prompt followup with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated with market trends product knowledge and competitors’ offerings. Maintain accurate documentation and records as per regulatory and company guidelines. Participate in sales drives promotional campaigns and training sessions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven sales experience in life insurance banking or financial services (minimum 2 years).
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Goaloriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. High integrity and customercentric approach. Good knowledge of insurance products policies and compliance. Proficiency in local language(s) and regional market understanding is a plus.
Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream; MBA/PGDM in Sales Marketing or Finance is an advantage. IRDAI certification (preferred or to be obtained postjoining).
