We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Account Representative to join our Birmingham team. This entrylevel position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their skills in client management business development and strategic communication. You will work closely with senior team members to support client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining longterm client relationships
Prepare and deliver reports proposals and presentations to clients
Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely followup
Support the planning and of client campaigns and account strategies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Conduct market and industry research to support client solutions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detailoriented with a proactive approach
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience in client services or sales is a plus but not required
