Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute test cases test plans and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify document and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
- Participate in test planning test design and test activities.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation and knowledge base.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester preferably with Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its various components (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc..
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
