Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of finance and accounting working closely with colleagues in a dynamic and fastpaced international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting;
- Help prepare and distribute various financial reports to internal stakeholders including monthly and quarterly financial summaries;
- Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets;
- Collect organize and maintain financial data and reports ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes systems and reporting;
- Support the finance team with various adhoc tasks and special projects as needed;
- Communicate clearly with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders demonstrating curiosity and engagement with the business to understand key drivers and priorities.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP conditional formatting and charts for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power Query or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with the 1C system is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work parttime (with the possibility of fulltime employment in the future) and effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
