Serco supports the IUSS Product Support Facility (PSF) contract we support the PSF operation and Navy lifecycle logistics. Serco promotes a team environment with colleagues who care for and support each other in taking an active role in helping the company provide superior support to its customers. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams which have been recognized by the U.S. Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract.
In this role you will:
- Review logistics data and material usage trends and other historical data utilizing Navy Logistics websites and databases
- Reconcile onhand inventory and improve warehouse inventory validity.
- Assist with compilation and submission of metrics and various reports
- Conduct/assist in inventories causative research
- Performing Quality Checks of warehouse processes
- Assist in material receipt processing.
- Ensure IOSC compliance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Guidance (FIAR)
- Periodically work in a shipboard environment.
- Occasional travel (CONUS/OCONUS) may be required.

- High School / GED
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3 years of logistics experience supporting USN/USMC programs
- Travel up to 10
- This position is onsite in Virginia Beach Va
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Familiarity with DoD and Navy financial management policies and procedures
- Understanding of the requirements of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Guidance (FIAR)
- Experience in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Navy Inventory Management
- Competent in Naval customs and courtesies
- Ability to operate Forklift
