As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stratfordyou will receive:

• 25000OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*
• Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purposebuilt training location
• Industryleading training delivered through onetoone and group sessions

How you will make an impact as a TraineeLettingsNegotiator at haartEstate Agents in Stratford:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
