ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client Apivita a leading natural cosmetics company is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to join their team.
Location: Markopoulo
Working Model: onsite
You will be reporting to: Production Planning Director
Your work will include:
As a Production Planning Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring production efficiency inventory balance and crossfunctional alignment across departments.
More specifically you will:
Be responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) ensuring optimal production planning aligned with demand and capacity.
Monitor and manage Finished Goods inventory securing availability while minimizing overstock.
Coordinate inventory replenishment for subsidiaries ensuring ontime delivery and alignment with sales forecasts.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to ensure production plans are aligned with market needs and promotions.
Analyze production performance identify improvement opportunities and contribute to supply chain optimization projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business Administration or related field
24 years of relevant experience in production planning ideally in the FMCG or cosmetics sector
Solid understanding of MPS/MRP systems and inventory management principles
Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience will be considered a plus)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
Fluent in Greek and English (written & verbal)
