Role: Product Analyst
Experience: 8 years.
Location: McLean VA
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Jira Expertise: Advanced experience with Jira to manage product backlogs track user stories and monitor project progress.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. SQL and Data Analysis: Proficient in SQL for indepth data analysis trend identification and reporting. Ability to transform data into actionable insights for business improvements.
ITIL/Agile Practices: Demonstrated experience in Agile environments participating in sprints and ensuring timely and highquality product delivery.
Experience with UX and Frameworks: Work closely with UX teams to ensure product interfaces and user journeys are intuitive and userfriendly.
Mortgage Industry Experience (Preferred): Strong understanding of mortgage industry processes customer needs and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
Legacy Systems Transformation (Preferred): Experience with transforming or modernizing legacy systems to more scalable efficient platforms.
Microservices & API Integration (Preferred): Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration to enhance product functionalities and workflows.
