Youll run structured hiring campaigns across multiple businesses in the Beaver Group from engineering and manufacturing to sales marketing admin and executive roles. No fluff no politics just clear process quality work and a high standard.

The Role
Youll run recruitment campaigns from start to finish managing workflow guiding candidates and supporting hiring managers to get great people through the door.
You wont be building the system its already set up. Your job is to run it right.
Key responsibilities include:
Job ads post job ads and set up campaigns (Seek LinkedIn etc).
Sourcing find candidates and send tailored outreach (Linkedin Recruiter Zoominfo etc).
Screening review applications schedule interviews run phone screens.
Assess coordinate assessments (Predictive Index OMG) and track results.
Evaluate interviews ref checks case studies run these for frontline roles and coordinate for others.
System stay organised keep everything clean and updated in our ATS (Lever).
Collaborate work with hiring managers to make good datadriven decisions.
Hire become the candidates trusted guide influence their decisionmaking hire Aplayers.
Experience create a concierge experience for our target Aplayers through the process.
Youll be working directly with the founder Josh Beaver and other senior leaders across all key hires.
