Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing and administrative support to three Wealth Advisor teams in the New York office. Candidate should possess a proactive work ethic an active interest in the financial markets and be energized by the possibility of contributing within a highly skilled team environment. This position will provide the individual with a perspective on Neuberger Bermans Private Wealth Management business.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Dynamically maintain all client and prospect data in Salesforce database.
Take ownership of all marketing initiatives.
Prepare and execute mass mailings (i.e. weekly email blasts welcome letters newsletter requests quarterly client reports etc..
Coordinate and assist with event planning.
Coordinate and assist with the development and of marketing campaigns.
Prepare prospect and client presentations and correspondence.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage calendar activities via Outlook for Wealth Advisors including travel arrangements scheduling internal/external meetings coordinating calls and video conferences etc.
Prepare travel & expense reports.
Assist client associate team with various account maintenance tasks.
Prepare subscription documents for Private Equity investments. Track capital calls and distributions.
Perform general office duties: answering phones typing correspondence copying filing binding presentations supply orders sorting and distributing mail etc.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree.
Minimum of 23 years of administrative support or related experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat and Pro including a working knowledge of mail merges and tables.
Salesforce and Concur experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal and client servicing skills.
Detail oriented and organized with strong followup skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast paced business environment.
Ability to operate effectively and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Team player and a desire to collaborate with others.
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $65000$85000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
