Job Description
- Advise the CO CoC and SPs on all aspects of Career Management (CM) in liaison with the APC and Bde G1 Staff.
- Responsible for allocation assignment and movement of ARes workforce including R2R transferees in and out of the Regt
- Act as main unit PoC for the APC on soldier workforce issues including FTRS renewals extensions and advertisements.
- Organise plan and deliver all unit OR grading promotion and appointment boards on behalf of CO including application for Assurance approval from advisor to soldiers on careers vocational education personal development and learning.
- Advise implement and manage any changes to AF C8005 establishment manage progress and execute all OR ARes within other duties as required by the Commanding Officer.

Applications are to be with the job sponsor by 1200 Fri 16 May 25.
Unit will then conduct appointment board with the successful applicant being notified in writing. The successful applicant will then be required to sign theirADC Contract
The successful applicant will be expected to fulfil their ADC by completing 3 X RSDs per week based on the following working routine:
0Mon Tue Wed. This does not include their obligatory ARes commitment for which they are required to complete a minimum of 16 days which counts towards their bounty.
In totality RSD consumption for both ADC and ARes commitment will not exceed 207 days.
The successful candidate must have a minimum JMES of MLD(P)
