The Digital Transformation Specialist will be on a dynamic team supporting Team Submarine COLUMBIA Program Office. Team Submarines Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for:

The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines financial and budget management shipyard support of submarines vendor support of submarines logistical support quality assurance (SUBSAFE) and postdelivery submarine certifications and test programs.

The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarinerelated activities into a single submarinecentric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research development acquisition and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

In this role you will:

• Work program leadership to be a strategic liaison between leadership and technical teams
• Work with endusers to ensure seamless implementation and user engagement
• Provide recommendations for risk analysis and commitment tracking
• Perform software assessments using DON CIO guidance and criteria
• Coordinate with intermediate maintenance facilities for special projects
• Identify business trends and problems through complex data analysis
• Interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques ranging from data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
• Design develop and implement efficient and costeffective business solutions for the organization
• Prepare data implement data models and develop database to support business solutions
• Other various administrative responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A Bachelors Degree in business computer science software engineering or a related field is required and 57 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering successful software projects.
• An active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
• Advanced understanding and ability to apply software development standards principles and theories to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to influence and contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Strong problemsolving abilities capable of addressing and resolving difficult and sometimes complex software challenges.
• Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior developers providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams and influence system designs.
• 10 travel required

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies to ensure highquality software delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and the ability to design and deploy cloudbased solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency the salary range for this role is $93535.65to $155892.76; however Serco considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.
