Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical moments for guests If so we want you to be part of our dynamic team!
As a Call Centre Advisor (Short Breaks) youll be the first point of contact for guests helping them with enquiries and bookings across phone email and live chat. Whether its offering expert advice upselling exciting products or simply ensuring every guest feels valued youll play a key role in crafting memorable experiences.
There are 4 openings for this position on a fixedterm basis until 9th November 2025 based at Chessington World of Adventures Resort and offers a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours a week.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly professional responses to guest enquiries.
- Seamlessly managing bookings using our dedicated system.
- Offering additional products to enhance guest experiences and smashing sales targets along the way!
- Staying updated on Merlin attractions and promotions becoming a trusted advisor to guests.
- Collaborating with your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in customer service contact centres or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with a natural flair for engaging with people.
- A positive teamoriented attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
