This role requires a strong technical foundation handson product management and collaboration with crossfunctional teams across engineering production sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
- Lead application lifecycle from product conception to launch and maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and align with business goals
- Monitor and improve application performance; manage patches updates and support
- Troubleshoot complex applicationrelated issues and support endusers
- Analyze business processes and propose technology solutions to optimize operations
- Deliver internal training and documentation for system use and enhancements
- Manage applicationrelated projects including timelines budgets and resources
- Partner with production and product teams to position solutions within target markets
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications/product management in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical understanding of software applications operating systems and networks
- Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and develop marketdriven strategies
- Bachelors degree in product design engineering or a related technical field
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills
- Clear communication skills across technical and business teams
