With R&D facilities in Shanghai and highend manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Engineering Procurement and International Logistics teams to align delivery schedules material requirements and inbound plans for project needs.
Develop and manage monthly and weekly logistics dispatch plans based on delivery progress intransit material status and warehouse inventory.
Liaise with 3PL providers to track customs clearance and ensure smooth delivery to factory and project warehouses.
Monitor local procurement deliveries in Malaysia follow up on abnormal shipments and ensure timely resolution.
Calculate monthly logistics costs organize documentation for archiving and coordinate with finance on invoice reconciliation and payments.
Support supplier performance evaluations and collaborate on optimizing logistics strategies to reduce costs.
Maintain accurate logistics data including lead times channel usage and cost control reports.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain International Trade or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering logistics project planning or international trade.
Proficient in English (reading & writing) for workrelated communication.
Skilled in logistics and warehouse management systems.
Strong planning risk control and data analysis abilities.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with suppliers clients and internal teams.
