Job Description
Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and highend manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and apply local construction codes and client technical standards.

Prepare HVAC content for bids and presentations.

Define subcontractor scope review technical submissions and support tender clarifications.

Develop construction and installation plans including shop drawings and material takeoffs.

Create detailed work schedules and resource plans.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Oversee onsite HVAC work to ensure quality safety and progress.

Coordinate with clients EHS documentation and testing teams.

Support project closeout including documentation and handover.
Requirements:
-
Degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.
-
7 years of experience in HVAC for overseas or data center projects.
-
Strong technical planning and communication skills.
-
Willingness to travel or work abroad.
Salary Range: RM10000 RM16000
