We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hydrogen Research Specialist to lead and contribute to cuttingedge research and development in the field of hydrogen systems. The successful candidate will work on advancing hydrogen technologies through innovative research collaboration with global partners and active participation in pilot projects and academic exchanges.

Note you will be working from our office inHallbergmooswhere our lab is located.

In the following there are your most important tasks:

  • Lead and manage research projects and studies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Define project objectives timelines and deliverables ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and tests to develop advanced components for hydrogen systems.
  • Analyze experimental data identify improvements and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with international cooperative partners suppliers and stakeholders to expedite the maturity of hydrogen solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledgesharing and strengthen partnerships for hydrogen innovation.
  • Actively participate in academic exchanges and contribute to thought leadership in the hydrogen field.
Your profile
  • MS or PhD in Material Science Electrochemistry Chemical Engineering (or related field) and 3 years of industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in engineering chemistry energy systems or a related field (Masters or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience in hydrogen research development and system integration.
  • Handson experience with laboratory experiments and technical evaluation of hydrogen systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with global stakeholders and partners.
  • Language skills: English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory) German proficiency is preferred.
