A rapidly growing international telecommunications provider is expanding into the Greek market. With a successful track record in other European countries the company is focused on delivering highspeed connectivity and toptier customer serviceespecially in regions that have historically lacked access to quality broadband and mobile services.

The organization places a strong emphasis on local presence flexible service offerings and longterm community impact. Backed by an experienced leadership team and a scalable operational model they are now seeking a Commercial Director to lead their launch and future growth in Greece.

As Commercial Director Greece you will lead the market entry and oversee all commercial operations in the country. This is a senior handson role for a driven individual with strong leadership strategic planning and market development skills. You will report directly to the international leadership team and act as the key figure in establishing a sustainable scalable business in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry & Strategy: Localize the companys successful Spanish business model for Greece tailoring commercial strategy to local market conditions and regulations.
  • Team Building: Recruit structure and lead highperforming local teams across sales customer service and operations.
  • Sales Growth: Drive customer acquisition and revenue in newly connected neighborhoods; define and execute sales strategy.
  • Operations: Oversee daytoday business activities pricing strategy logistics and ensure service excellence.
  • Partnerships & Regulation: Negotiate with local providers and work with regulatory bodies to manage discount voucher systems and compliance.
  • Marketing & Brand: Collaborate with the Spanish marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with Greek customers.
  • Financial Oversight: Set and manage budgets monitor KPIs and ensure efficient resource allocation.


Requirements

  • At least 35 years in a senior commercial sales or general management role
  • Proven experience in launching or scaling B2C operations in new markets or regions
  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)

  • Building and leading teams
  • Achieving revenue growth and business expansion
  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics consumer behavior and regulatory environments in the relevant industry
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced entrepreneurial environments
  • Excellent strategic organizational and communication skills
