Knowledge Skills and Abilities / Competencies

We need someone who is

  • A Food Prep Master: Experience cooking for large groups and understanding raw food portioning.
  • Sanitation Savvy: Familiar with NC food safety codes and ServSafe standards (certification required within 6 months).
  • An Equipment Pro: Skilled with commercial kitchen tools like kettles steamers slicers fryers and mixers.
  • A Recipe Follower Flavor Innovator: Able to read and follow recipes while bringing your own flair to the plate.
  • A Great Communicator: Able to take instructions and give them when its your turn to lead.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Requirements:

  • ServSafe Certification required within the first six months of employment.
  • Valid NC Drivers License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
