LITTA is revolutionising waste removal in the UK through smart technology and a national network of vetted carrier partners. Backed by toptier investors and entering a rapid growth phase were seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our Commercial Sales function.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and is a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a fastscaling techenabled business.

Key Accountabilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Drive the B2B sales strategy and collaborate closely with the CCO to align commercial goals with broader business objectives.
- Own sales performance forecasting and reportingensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Shape and execute sales plans to penetrate medium and large UK businesses across key industries.
- Lead the inbound sales team managing monitoring and driving sales performance.
Team Development & Culture
- Recruit train and manage a highperforming and resultsdriven team of Account Managers and SDRs.
- Foster a culture of accountability motivation and excellence through regular coaching training feedback and structured development plans.
- Design and implement an updated incentive programme to support growth and retention.
Operational Excellence
- Identify and deploy bestinclass CRM performance management and analytics tools to drive efficiency and insight.
- Build scalable processes that align sales with operations and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inbound sales to optimise lead qualification and conversion strategies to improve results.
- Champion a customercentric approach in sales service operations and decisionmaking.
- Embed sales strategies into growth planning and daily operations for both Commercial and inbound sales teams to drive sustained success.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Design implement and tightly monitor key sales metrics across accounts industries and portfolios.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Use data to identify trends refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience & Skills
- 5 years in senior sales leadership roles ideally in highgrowth VCbacked businesses (aggregators marketplaces or assetlight models).
- Proven track record of scaling successful teams and significantly improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills with experience in training coaching mentoring and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent commercial acumen and experience recruiting top sales and service talent.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders/founders on strategic decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred; minimum of 6 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
- Proficiency in using key sales methodologies and pipeline management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- A passion for building customercentric teams and cultures.
