Job Description
As a Regional Operations Manager at DaVita youll be a part of a Team that values worklife balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority.
DaVita has an open position for a SNF Regional Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations within multiple SNF Dialysis sites in St Louis and Kansas City MO. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results ensure highquality patient care and foster positive teammate relations. This leader manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:
Associates Degree; Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of five years management experience leading and managing teams; multisite Operations and managed care experience preferred
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience managing PnL and Budget
