Our Developer Platform includingCloudflare Workers Workers AI R2 KV Durable Objects and Pages is redefining how developers build and deploy applications at scale.
We are looking for a Head of Developer Marketing to lead and scale our efforts in reaching engaging and converting developersfrom independent developers to engineering leaders at the worlds largest enterprises. This is a highimpact leadership role responsible for defining our developer marketing strategy owning demand generation and leading field marketing efforts.
About the Role
Since launching Cloudflare Workers in 2017 Cloudflare has become a serious player in the developer ecosystem providing a fullstack platform that combines compute storage security and networking. As we scale we need a senior leader to drive awareness activation and adoption across the developer audience.
This role is more than just product marketingits about creating and executing a fullfunnel gotomarket strategy that drives developer engagement pipeline and revenue. You will lead a team responsible for developerfocused product marketing demand generation and field marketing.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a developer marketing strategy that spans awareness activation and conversion ensuring measurable business impact.
- Own and scale developer demand generation creating highperforming campaigns content and digital experiences to drive developer acquisition and growth.
- Lead field marketing strategy to ensure a strong Cloudflare presence at industry events developer conferences and technical workshops.
- Build and manage a highperforming team of developer marketers demand generation experts and field marketers.
- Refine our messaging and positioning to better communicate Cloudflares value to developers across different segments (from individual devs to enterprise engineering teams).
- Develop a highimpact content strategy ensuring our blog documentation and community resources align with developer needs and discovery patterns.
- Drive endtoend gotomarket (GTM) strategy for new developerfocused products features and launches.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Sales to ensure developer marketing efforts align with company priorities and revenue goals.
- Own the multiyear narrative with technology analysts positioning Cloudflare as a leader in edge computing and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Measure and optimize performance across all developer marketing efforts using data and experimentation.

Compensation:
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
For New York City Washington DC Metro and California based (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $260000 $318000
For San Francisco Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $299000 $365000
