At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Those in Salesforce service at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to customer service and support. You will analyse client requirements implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their customer service processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

Must have Skills :Salesforce CPQ &Lightning /Billing
Minimum 23years of experience in Salesforce CPQ projects.
Experience with configuration & implementation of Salesforce CPQ (formerlySteelbrick CPQ) Cloud including Products configuration/Bundles quoting process pricing discountingand workflows.
Hands on Experience with CPQ and/Or Billing Solutions. At least 13 successful completions of CPQ and Billing full cycle Implementation.
Strong understanding of Quote to cash processability to propose long term scalable solutions
Good to have integration experience with external ERP systems
Handson experience in platform using APEXflows.
Experience with SalesforceCPQ& Billing (or similar billing systems)
Experience in working withLWC Lightning Web Components
Experience in working with Advanced approval process
Experience on SOAP / Rest / PlatformEvents / Streaming APIsand 3rdparty integrations.
BE / B Tech/ / MCA/ / M.E /
- Good experience in Salesforce configuration security and mapping features to the business requirements.
- Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM ERP and Financial systems example Zuora NetSuite)
- Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.
- Good written and verbal communication Skills.
- Good experience wrt handling large data
- Producing and delivering technical solutionsand integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds(including built not limited to Sales Service Revenue Platform) and a variety of middleware products (Mulesoft Informatica etc) establishing quality and schedule.
