Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the CoreMark CFO the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the companys FP&A function driving financial strategy planning forecasting and analytical insights that support decisionmaking at the executive level. This role is critical in shaping the financial roadmap of the organization ensuring robust forecasting processes efficient resource allocation and alignment with the companys strategic objectives. The VP FP&A will work closely with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams providing insights into business performance market trends and key drivers to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Empower and inspire directors and managers to ensure a highperformance culture that emphasizes collaboration accountability and professional growth.
  • Lead the companys financial planning processes including annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and longrange strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial targets define KPIs and establish performance benchmarks that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional finance operations and business unit leaders to ensure alignment on financial goals budgeting practices and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices in financial planning forecasting and reporting processes to drive efficiency accuracy and scalability across the FP&A function.
  • Develop presentations and materials that communicate financial performance strategic initiatives and forwardlooking insights to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Degree in Accounting and Finance
6 years of senior financial leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
Masters/MBA
6 years of experience within the convenience or foodservice industry
