As anCashier/Receptionist youll support the Service Department by greeting clients assisting with admin tasks and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
What youll be working on:
- Greet and assist service guests while providing exceptional customer service and support
- Process payments invoices and repair orders accurately and deliver proper documentation
- Answer and direct phone calls schedule appointments and manage the rental car fleet
- Maintain organization of keys files and guest information to ensure smooth operations
- Support the Service Department and other teams with administrative tasks and special projects
What you need to bring to the table:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience (automotive experience a plus)
- Positive attitude cando mentality confident outgoing personality and eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver bestinclass customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Salary: $17.95$30.00/hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
