Responsible for functional verification of next generation ASIC controller to test LPDDR6. Write detailed test plans for IP and SoC module. Collect code and functional coverage for respective design. Simulate and debug functional cases that will ensure design is working as expected. Provide reports (daily weekly) on verification progress and metrics. Support both RTL and GLS simulations until CHIP tapeout. Support with postSi debug and bringup issues.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.
Position requires:
1. ASIC design or verification;
2. EDA tools ASIC simulations and debugging;
3. Python programming language;
4. Universal Verification Methodology;
5. SystemVerilog Assertions.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this fulltime position is $125000.00 $196500.00 per year.
