You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator II supports the delivery evaluation and management of learning programs. They provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire rolebased training and other professional/personal development training. Their efforts involve monitoring the implementation of initiatives while partnering with designers educators subject matter experts learning analysts and leadership for the development and delivery of training solutions. Additionally it is expected that they will be providing coaching to any Educator I trainers.
Some travel 12 times per year for team events may be required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact Prioritizes and implements training projects and activities & uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact.
Training Delivery Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
Instructional Design Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods
Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities
