Schedule Weekly Hours:
40Gundersen Health System is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team responsible for oversight of both Gundersen Tweeten Care Center and Gundersen Harmony Care Center.
What Youll Do:
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the management control and efficient operation of Harmony Nursing Home Spring Grove Nursing Home (with a Memory Care Unit) and all other business operations of the corporation. The Administrator is specifically responsible for Organizational Strategy and Implementation Fiscal Management Human Resource Management Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality and Organizational Leadership.
Whats Available:
Fulltime 80 hours biweekly
Salary commensurate with experience
Day shift flexible hours
What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Business or Finance or a related field; Masters degree preferred
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Minnesota
1 year of experience successfully leading an organization with an emphasis on balancing mission and margin
Experience in successfully improving the quality of care and financial performance of a long term care organization while keeping eyes open for strategic growth opportunities
Experience in working effectively with a Board of Directors able to form a relationship of partnership with the Board
