SUMMARY
The IT Manager Corporate Platforms is a critical member of our IT team responsible for identifying and solving complex and unique business challenges with forwardlooking solutions in a variety of systems that support enterprisewide functions such as:
- Food Safety Quality and Regulatory (FSQR)
- Milk Marketing
- Sustainability
- CoOp Member Services
- Sales and Marketing
- Transportation and Supply Chain
- Finance (nonEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Human Resources (HR)
This role will oversee the coordination of internal and external resources to ensure successful of IT projects and efficient delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) support activities. The role also must invest time in understanding Maolas unique business processes and relationships. This position will help drive the technology roadmap and allow for business transformation across the organization.

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery and project topics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Develop implement and optimize solutions to meet business goals ensuring effective application security and access.
- Lead a team of professionals providing guidance coaching training development and mentorship.
- Oversee the delivery of projects and services ensuring alignment with budget time quality and value creation expectations.

- Manage escalations and customer communications maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and partners.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a team of technical professionals ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Establishes performance goals allocates resources directs training and assesses policies for direct subordinates.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field. A higherlevel degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with application implementation and management including leading and managing largescale implementations and projects utilizing a system development life cycle (SDLC) including methodologies like Agile Waterfall and others.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology roadmap planning.
